its possible, but i doubt i would.
(if youve been eating shit food for a while, and then you start eating healthy and exercising, you lose more weight in your first week than you would normally)
Well… that didn’t happen.
But it will. I just need to not put a time frame on it, or it leads to disappointment.
Weekly goal: Lose 4kg.
Overall goal: Be a small Australian size 8 by the start of August
